MANGO KIWI SMOOTHIE BOWL

Try this refreshing, sweet and tangy smoothie bowl recipe that's packed with super foods rich in fiber and vitamin C! Blended with fresh Catania kiwifruit, Catania ataulfo mangoes, and spinach, you’ll love to start your day like this! 

Ingredients:

•  1/2 cup spinach

•  1/2 cup almond milk

•  2 tbsp. water

•  1 fresh Catania green kiwi, peeled and sliced

•  1 tsp. fresh ginger, grated

•  1/4 cup chia seeds

•  3/4 tsp. fresh Catania lime, freshly squeezed

•  3/4 cup fresh Catania ataulfo mangoes, peeled and sliced


TOPPINGS:

•  Green kiwi, banana, ataulfo mango, and granola

Directions:

1. Pour almond milk and water into your blender; followed by kiwi, ginger, chia seeds, lime juice, ataulfo mango, and spinach. Blend on low for a thicker consistency. Add more water and lime juice if needed.


2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and garnish with toppings. You can add your own favourite toppings if you like!
